Resources for Hip Pain
I love butterflies. I especially loved them after experiencing so many hip and pelvic health issues and pain at such a young age. The butterfly doesn't start out as this beautiful mature thing. They undergo a complete metamorphosis. Each stage looks completely different and serves a different purpose in the life of the insect. That's just like us. The butterfly life cycle gives me hope. Just as today we may experience pain and suffering, we must remain hopeful that are bodies will grow and pain no longer will be with us in the future. I also love how the butterfly's shape mimics the shape of the human pelvis.
